The key point that needs to be raised is that the military expects a high level of security for access to military bases and systems. The military is staffed with volunteers. A mandatory citizen ID program doesn't offer an opt-out, and it isn't addressing the same needs that the military has for keeping random people off of bases.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
