[US-Canada] Border pact tops White House agenda

Federal Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart also has sounded a note of caution about the pending deal.In a recent blog post, she explained Canada and the U.S. have different legislative procedures to protect privacy and there is no privacy oversight structure which monitors U.S. law enforcement and national security authorities.
