It states in the article that U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency ... mentioned, “Conducting intelligence-based transportation checks allows the Border Patrol to use their technology and personnel resources more effectively, especially in areas with limited resources.”
Could RFID, Biometric/ Facial Recognition be classified as “intelligence-based”? Could a new ID system that is now fully integrated with the United States, complete with your own personal “threat assessment profile” be classified as “intelligence-based”?
