SOPA? CISPA? Whatever. The government's long term strategy is NSTIC.

BTC - We've seen Congress legislation of the week is SOPA, PIPA, CISPA, the Executive Orders and now the UN's run on "cyberterrorism.  Those creative distratctions are all leading away from the mother of Brave New World longterm strategy seated at the global table.
